Job Opportunity:
Our organization is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen leadership team. This role will involve working closely with our Sous Chef and collaborating with colleagues to deliver innovative and guest-focused menus across multiple outlets.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with seasonal ingredients and culinary expertise to create unique menu offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess trade qualifications and at least two years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi. You will also need full working rights in Australia and industry knowledge and understanding of expectations.
