Project Support Officer

* Location: Parramatta with access to hybrid working arrangement
* Full time temporary role until 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension (35 hours per week)
* Salary from $84,659 to $92,701 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role

We are seeking a Project Support Officer to provide executive, project and administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation within Homes NSW.

Working closely with the Manager and broader team, you will coordinate business activities, managing correspondence, supporting reporting processes and ensuring administrative and project functions run smoothly.

What you'll do

* Provide high-level administrative support including coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, conferences and events.
* Review and track incoming correspondence such as Briefing Notes and Ombudsman enquiries to determine appropriate actions and escalate when necessary.
* Support financial administration processes, including compiling reports and preparing documentation.
* Prepare and maintain a range of business documents such as correspondence, registers, reports and spreadsheets.
* Assist with testing business systems and support data collection and analysis to identify trends and support reporting.
* Present data visually for use in stakeholder reports and business documentation.
* Monitor the effectiveness of administrative and project support processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Coordinate approved actions to improve efficiency and support the delivery of Business Unit priorities.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience providing project or administrative support.
* Ability to exercise discretion, initiative and confidentiality.
* Comfortable working with data, reports and business documentation.
* Proactive and solutions-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
