Your Skills and Experience Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
Recent experience in an acute hospital setting
Robust clinical skillset and decision making skills
Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
Clinical Nurses
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Experience in mentoring, education and supporting nursing staff
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Nurse Unit Managers
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experienceli>
Proven leadership and management experience in an acute clinical setting
Ability to lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team
Strong operational and resource management skills

About Us Ramsay Health Care is investing to expand Joondalup Private Hospital, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world‑class healthcare to Perth’s northern corridor. The redevelopment will establish a new state‑of‑the‑art theatre complex, increase bed capacity by 55%, and enhance services across cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery and endoscopy. Fully funded by Ramsay and aligned with the City of Joondalup’s vision to grow as a leading medical precinct, the project will feature sustainable design, digital and AI‑enabled technology, and create more than 170 new clinical and support roles.
Opening in early 2026, this expansion will cement Joondalup Health Campus as one of Western Australia’s largest and most innovative public‑private health facilities, providing exceptional care closer to home.
