* Part‐time, Thursday to Saturday
* Location: RATIONALE Canberra
* You will deliver luxury end‐to‐end client retail and service experiences.
* You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training.
* You will perform RATIONALE's world‐class luxury facial treatments.
* You will apply professional‐grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non‐invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy, and ultrasound).
* You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product and bespoke treatment plans to your clients.

Qualifications
* A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy.
* Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role.
* Experience in delivering tailored treatments and retail product prescriptions.
* Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment.
* Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills.
* Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Years of experience as a Skin Therapist.
* Completed a qualification in beauty therapy.
* Professional experience providing facial treatments.
* Expected hourly rate.
