Assistant Business Development Manager (training provided)
We are hiring an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our growing residential home building company. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a high performing team.
Our head office is in Wheelers Hill, and we build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With ambitious long-term plans, we're looking for someone who is passionate about the building industry and wants to be part of a driven team with long term goals.

About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support us in managing relationships with sales agents and property investment groups. This includes helping to create packages, coordinate information, maintain strong communication, and ensure our partners have everything they need to successfully promote and sell our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the management and growth of relationships with sales agents and property investment groups
* Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and property information
* Maintain regular communication with partners
* Undertake general administrative tasks as required
* Ensure timely communication and support to sales groups
* Coordinate available stock and package information
* Deliver a high level of service
* Support other business activities as required

What We're Looking For
* Experience in property, building, or sales is highly regarded, but not essential
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* A positive, can-do attitude with a high standard of professionalism
