Stedmans Hospitality is looking for a residential Private Housekeeper / Cook on behalf of our client. You will be required to maintain a beautiful, 3-bedroom home in New Farm, QLD and prepare healthy, family style meals.
We are looking for someone with extensive house keeping / cooking experience, with strong organisational skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
What we are looking for:
* Someone who has worked in a similar role and is interested in a long-term position (previous Housekeeper held position for 18 years)
* You could come from a 5-star hotel background
* You could come from a luxury background
* You could come from EA backgrounds providing you are comfortable with physical cleaning and cooking
We are looking for an independent, detailed worker with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to provide absolute discretion in your role.

The Duties
* Weekly full clean of residence
* Family meal preparation 2-3 times per week (health, home style)
* Laundry Management – wash, dry, fold, iron, change bed linen
* Household organisation – panty, fridge, linen cupboards, wardrobes
* Manage supplies and grocery top-ups as needed
* Liaise with gardener, family assistant, and household services
* Maintain household standards of presentation, cleanliness, and discretion
Required working days
* Approx. 12 hours per week
* Monday: half day - laundry, linens & meal prep
* Wednesday: deep clean, main household reset
* Friday: tidy, laundry, meal prep
* Preferred hours across the 3 days – 9am until 1pm
* Flexible for the right candidate
Additional requirements
* Police Check (mandatory)
* WWCC preferred (children present in home)
* Current driver's licence preferred
