Shifts: Split shifts during school terms (6:15am – 9:30am & 2:30pm – 6:00pm), block shifts during vacation care

About the Role:
As an OOSH Educator, you will:
Plan and implement creative and engaging activities for children
Supervise and support children during play and learning activities
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
Assist with rostering, compliance, and program development
Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences
Ability to plan and organise activities effectively
Commitment to child safety and well-being
Requirements:
No formal qualifications required (Approved OOSH/Early Childhood qualifications desirable)
Working with Children Check (WWCC) – mandatory before starting
Provide First Aid in an education and care setting HLTAID012 - Mandatory before starting
Previous experience working with children – desirable
Identify & Report Children & Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 - desirable
