What You'll Be Doing
* Rotate across core HR functions while learning from senior practitioners
* Support hiring, onboarding, workforce coordination and internal mobility
* Assist in people programs, wellbeing initiatives and employee support
* Contribute to reporting, data insights and people‑related project work
* Build strong relationships across project teams and partner organisations
* Gain exposure to best‑practice HR processes within a major infrastructure environment
Requirements
* Recently completed (or completing) a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline
* A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
* Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a complex project environment
* Able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
* Looking to develop a long‑term HR career within large‑scale projects
* Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced team setting
