Retail Team Leader – Repco Emerald – Full Time
Salary: AUD 55,000 - 75,000
Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays.
Manage planograms.
Use creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership abilities by creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing knowledge with the team.
Lead merchandising and presentation to meet high standards.
Ensure safety culture is displayed and enforced to protect yourself, teammates and customers.
Support office guidance and inter-store support for merchandise, planograms and store standards.
Assist with deliveries when required (valid driver's licence, manual preferred).
Note that lifting, bending and climbing are part of the role.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in large format retail environments with focus on displays, planograms and promotions.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager.
Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
