**The Role**
- NO weekends, NO Trust Accounting, NO Leasing, NO BDM
- Capped, manageable portfolio based on your personal capacity
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and reporting
- Managing arrears
- Repairs & maintenance
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Cloud-based software
- 1.5+ years of previous Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
