WHAT WE NEED
We are seeking to expand our Parts and Service team as a pivotal part of our strategy to deliver on our customer service promise by providing the technical and customer support for our customers.
We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to become a critical member of our Parts, Service and Warranty team, as well as a Service & Warranty Administrator to support the management of incoming claims and enquiries in our warranty department.
Ideally you have experience in After-sales/Service Advisor/Parts industry and/or in the leisure, camping and outdoors industries.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is a permanent full time role with approximately 38 hours, Monday to Friday based in Caboolture.
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for handling the administration of parts related warranty claims and parts ordering. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting customers with day-to-day enquiries for parts, warranty and Service of our products
* Inbound and outbound phone calls liaising with service agents, dealers, OEM, and customers
* Inbound and outbound emails responding to service agents, dealers, OEM, and customers
* Basic troubleshooting of technical issues as needed
* General administration duties
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a well-organised and team-focused individual with high energy levels. Someone who will offer first class customer service and assist in after-sales service; including phone calls, emails, parts advice, part fulfilment and more.
