About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Professional to support our rural products team on a full-time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing logistics support, including receiving and dispatching stock, while leveraging your expertise in seasonal and rural products and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with in-store sales and handling client queries regarding rural products
* Perform quote and sales administration tasks
* Fulfill client orders and manage deliveries
* Receive and dispatch stock safely and efficiently
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY RECOMMENDING ELDER'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO ENHANCE THEIR BUSINESS GROWTH
* Identify new business opportunities to meet performance targets
* SUPPORT INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING STOCKTAKE AND SAFE DISPATCH OF RURAL PRODUCTS
* Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients
About You
PASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT FOR CLIENTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
Possess strong technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess excellent retail skills.
Deliver high levels of customer service and build relationships with current and prospective clients.
A valid driver's license is required. A forklift license is preferred, with training available to obtain one.
