Overview
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy being at the heart of a busy team. We are looking for a Reception/Admin Officer to join the Concept Labs team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role you will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing phone and email enquiries, supporting accounts, coordinating freight, performing general admin tasks, and assisting the dispatch team when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Invoicing, receivables and freight bookings
- Supporting accounts and reconciling payments
- General admin duties and dispatch support
