The Faculty of Design and Society is seeking to appoint a Strategy, Project & Governance Manager for a 12-month contract, covering a parental leave.
As the Manager, you will provide strategic and project planning and governance support to the portfolios of the Dean, Deputy Dean, and Faculty General Manager on a range of whole-of-faculty initiatives including UTS2027 and UTS2030.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and project planning and governance support to the portfolios of the Dean, Deputy Dean and Faculty General Manager on whole-of-faculty initiatives (e.g., UTS2027, UTS2030).
Qualifications and attributes
* Understanding governance in the tertiary education sector to lead and manage complex initiatives effectively.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to review, design, and implement processes and policies.
* Strong leadership to manage and develop teams delivering high-quality operational services.
* Data-driven with the ability to communicate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $140,965 - $147,678 pa (HEW 9)
The position is full-time and on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, covering a parental leave.

Working arrangements
The team operates in a hybrid arrangement of approximately 3 days per week in the office, depending on peak delivery periods.
