Role OverviewThe Affiliate Manager will spearhead the growth, oversight, and enhancement of affiliate partnerships throughout Latin American markets. Collaborating with internal teams and global partners, this position emphasizes securing high-quality traffic, fostering strong relationships, and achieving tangible revenue expansion region-wide.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Scout, recruit, and integrate affiliate partners in LATAM, such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networks
* Cultivate enduring relationships with affiliates to boost performance, interaction, and loyalty
* Design and refine CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals alongside the operating team
* Track core metrics like FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, launching improvements as required
* Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product groups to sync affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns, and local strategies
* Guarantee adherence to brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliates
* Identify and address fraud, poor traffic quality, and breaches of rules
* Oversee affiliate tracking tools for precise reporting, attribution, and payouts
* Develop performance summaries, projections, and strategic recommendations for leadership
* Perform market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities in LATAM
* Serve as company representative at trade shows, networking gatherings, and partner sessions as needed
Requirements
* At least 3 years in Affiliate Management in iGaming industry with significant LATAM market involvement preferred
* Deep knowledge of major LATAM regions, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru
* Demonstrated success handling CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models with clear business outcomes
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities for diverse portfolios
* Data-driven approach to analyzing metrics, spotting patterns, and guiding optimizations
* Background in spotting fraud, evaluating traffic quality, and enforcing compliance in affiliate setups
* Proactive self-starter thriving in a high-energy, results-focused setting
* Superior organization and multitasking skills for juggling competing demands
* English fluency mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese highly desirable
* Ready to travel for conferences and events
* Adept at working across LATAM time zones from a Cyprus base
