Solatube Australia is a market leader in daylighting and natural ventilation solutions. We're looking for an energetic and organised Customer Service & Distributor Development Coordinator to join our team.
This is a dual role combining customer service excellence with distributor support and administration. You'll be the first point of contact for customers while also assisting our national distributor network to grow their businesses.
What you'll be doing
* Be the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online).
* Provide quotes, product information, and allocate sales leads to distributors.
* Support our distributor network with orders, product details, pricing, and freight enquiries.
* Help track distributor performance and assist with training, meetings, and communications.
* Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle general admin tasks.
* Work closely with the Dealer Development Manager and General Manager on projects and initiatives.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or admin.
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* A team player who enjoys building relationships with customers and distributors.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.06 per year
