Job Opportunity: We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team.
Your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition and expanding our portfolio of clients across the Mid-Market & Enterprise spaces.
A background in selling service-based solutions would be advantageous, although not essential.
The role would start as 70% new logo acquisition / 30% account management, however, would transition into a 50/50 account management / new business development split after the first year.
Key Duties:
* Identify and target potential clients from various industries for our digital transformation services.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint key players and market trends.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and broaden our customer base.
* Actively pursue new business prospects through methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospects, understanding their requirements and aligning our solutions accordingly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations for client engagements.
* Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to finalizing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management phase.
* Keep abreast of industry advancements and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of sales success.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and generating leads.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a bonus.
