- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Previous success in meeting KPI’s
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
