Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services. They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients.
About the role:
* Be responsible for the provision of high quality and evidence based clinical services including intake assessment, referrals and complex case management
* Coordinating a caseload across a wide range of individuals and their families
* Maintaining clinical records, and report writing as required
* Collating and analyzing client data
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of care is assigned
* Involved in community development projects as required
About you:
* You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role
* Experience in a similar clinical role
* Extensive case management experience
* You will be passionate about clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives
Benefits:
* Casual temp contract to start ASAP (pending federal police clearance)
* Long term temporary contract for 12 months
* $65 to $73 per hour plus super
* Full time role Monday to Friday
