Join a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial refurbishment projects across Perth. With a strong pipeline of work, we're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee all site activities for commercial refurbishment projects across Perth.
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S and company standards.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress.
* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5+ years' experience supervising commercial refurbishment projects.
* Trade qualification or relevant construction background.
* Strong understanding of building processes and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues quickly.

* Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 + Super + Vehicle OR $140,000 – $150,000 + $10,000 Vehicle Allowance + Super.
