Construction Leadership Role
As a seasoned professional in the construction industry, you will be responsible for managing teams across the Asia Pacific region. This prestigious position reports to the executive leadership team and indirectly to global management.
With extensive experience in procurement and commercial operations, you will oversee the strategic sourcing of industrial service providers to support wind power plant construction and transportation.
Through early engagement with business partners, you will secure value-engineered solutions for EPC and Supply & Installation projects. A cross-functional team of stakeholders develops partnerships for sustainable growth and end-customer value.

Key Responsibilities
* Regional Stakeholder Management & accountability for all escalations from regional Customer Project Execution & Logistics Team
* Daily people management of all regional employees, including support and coaching in procurement-related tasks
* Secure right capability in the regional procurement organisations
* Maintain and build relationships with suppliers, develop solutions to meet project and end-customer needs
* Establish and develop partnerships with cross-functionally selected suppliers to gain competitive advantages and drive value
* Roll out Regional Construction & Transport Procurement strategies for Balance of Plant, Transportation, Cranes, and Installation
* Lead the Procurement process throughout the bidding process, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and competitiveness of our supplier base
* Lead the team through commercial contract negotiations and develop bid, negotiation, and commercial strategies
* Build supply market intelligence and ensure that the supply base is available to enable our sustainable growth strategy
* Evaluate cost-out and value-creation opportunities, completing relevant risk assessments to reduce risk
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Master's degree in engineering, business, law, or finance
* 10+ years of procurement, commercial, or project management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
* 6+ years in a leadership position
* Strong business acumen and passion for supplier relationship development
