About the Role
This is a mid-senior level position that oversees the development of automotive and industrial projects at an esteemed technology firm. As a Technical Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated engineers to adapt products to meet specific requirements in these industries.
Key responsibilities include representing the company in community and standards consortia, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 21434, IEC 65108, and ASPICE, and enhancing delivery quality, security, and developer experience. You will work closely with the Product Management team to refine the vision and strategy for automotive projects and develop skills through coaching, feedback, and hands-on technical leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, knowledge of automotive and industry standards, and experience leading product development initiatives. They should also have expertise in C/C++ and Python programming, practical experience in automotive, and experience managing teams of software developers.
