WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
The Nurse Unit Manager Renal - Chemotherapy & Infusion Unit role offers the opportunity to provide pivotal coordination of patient/client care delivery within a defined service area, ensuring continuity, quality outcomes and efficient patient flow. In this role, you will use your clinical knowledge and experience to lead and manage nursing/midwifery and multidisciplinary team activities, while supporting quality improvement, resource management and the ongoing development of a positive and high-performing team culture.
