Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
* Manage patient scheduling, intake, and communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
* Handle front-office tasks including answering phones, greeting patients, and processing payments
* Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
* Assist with billing and insurance claim management
* Coordinate and support other admin staff, including rostering and training
* Support the physiotherapy team with administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
