Mackellar is the mining services partner for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, playing a key role in delivering employment and long-term career pathways across regional Queensland. With production continuing to ramp up, we're looking for experienced operators who want to be part of a growing, high-performing site.

What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience operating 400t+ open cut mining excavators and large mining dozers
* Relevant RII competencies, or a verified training transcript issued within the past five years
* A current Standard 11 and valid Driver's Licence
* A consistent, proactive approach to safe work practices
* A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to support operational requirements
* A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and site initiatives
