Job Title: Village Services Coordinator
The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to residents and respond to incidents and queries in a timely manner. This role requires a friendly and reliable team member who enjoys high levels of customer/resident interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support cafe & kitchen staff to ensure smooth lunch and/or dinner service.
* Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with resident requests.
* Respond to village issues, including emergency calls, safety & security concerns, and provide first aid when needed.
* Coordinate fun, social, and inclusive activities for residents.
* Complete domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning, or administration) is highly desired.
* A warm & friendly personality that can work autonomously.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required) or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
* Current Police Check Certificate (required) or ability to complete one prior to employment.
