Your new role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers, internal teams, and service operations.
You will be responsible for:Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
1. Processing customer orders, quotations, and returns in a timely manner
2. Providing updates on product availability, delivery timeframes, and service requests
3. Coordinating closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow
4. Supporting the service department with job creation, documentation, and invoicing
5. Maintaining accurate customer records in SAP and ensuring data integrity
6. Assisting with general administrative tasks to support a fast-paced operational environment
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
7. Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
10. Competency in MS Office; SAP experience is highly desirable.
11. A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
