Mater Research are looking for expressions of interest to join our Clinical Trials team! These Research Nurse, Clinical Trial Coordinator and Clinical Trial Assistant potions. Positions will vary across a number of clinical trial categories (listed below). Mater Research is a recognised leader in medical research. Mater conducts clinical trials in a range of therapeutic areas including Cancer, Neurology, Medicine, Orthopaedics Surgery and Acute Care, and Mothers’ and Babies Health. Clinical trials are an essential component of healthcare. They provide the evidence to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new treatments and diagnostics, and provide alternative treatment options for patients with unmet needs. Mater currently has over 200 active clinical trials. These trials include commercial pharmaceutical and medical device studies, as well as collaborative group studies and investigator-initiated studies, led by Mater’s researchers and collaborators at The University of Queensland and other leading Australian and international medical research institutions. Clinical Trials are divided into the following categories: Genesis Research Team (Pregnancy and Neonatal Outcomes) Inflammatory Bowel Disorders Medical Medical Oncology Mother and Baby Neuroscience Palliative Care Respiratory, Infectious Disease and Oncology Surgical and Acute care Why join us?
