Your new role
As a Rostering Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring frontline staff are scheduled effectively to meet client needs.
You will:
- Manage rosters for disability and community support workers across multiple sites.
- Respond to last‑minute shift changes and ensure coverage for 24/7 services.
- Liaise with service managers and staff to balance workforce supply with client demand.
- Use rostering software to maintain compliance with service standards and employment awards.
- Provide reporting and insights to management on workforce utilisation.
This position is available as permanent full‑time or part‑time, depending on your preference.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (ideally in disability, aged care, or health services).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Confidence using rostering systems or similar software.
- A proactive approach and commitment to supporting inclusive, client‑focused services.
