Are you an organised and proactive Facilities Professional looking to support the smooth, safe and cost effective operation of an industrial property portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure building services run efficiently, tenants are well supported, and contractor performance is managed to high standards.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily building operations, services and contractor performance. Maintain compliance across WHS, essential services and all required certifications. Manage tenant enquiries and foster strong tenant relationships. Support capital works, maintenance planning, sustainability and accurate documentation. Monitor budgets, raise purchase orders, verify invoices and provide inspection/reporting updates.

Experience in facilities coordination, administration, property operations or similarStrong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skillsConfidence working with contractors and service providersAttention to detail and a proactive, problem solving mindsetKnowledge of WHS and building operations (advantageous)Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance
