It's much more than a job Your primary objective will be to deliver consultation and support across all areas of Human Resources across all warehousing + distribution functions. Your Tasks: To complete daily tasks in accordance with internal standard operating procedures (SOP) + local regulations relating to recruitment, on-boarding + off-boarding formalities, inductions, employees industrial relations etc. To resolve + response to employees' enquiries on people related matters.To make sure all employee data + reports are updated timely + accurately.To check attendance records before monthly payrollTo handle all disciplinary + grievances with necessary documentations.To contribute to + support projects, events, functions etc.To actively identify + propose process improvements.To support general administration tasks related to office control for working sites, company asset management as required.To manage agencies / vendors for people + administration related tasks in the warehouses.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in HR, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.Strong understanding of HR processes in a warehouse setting, including workforce management and compliance.Expertise in recruitment (especially blue collar workers), onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.Familiarity with national labor laws and HR best practices.Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with employees and stakeholders.Ability to handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR-related challenges effectively.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing HR initiatives at a national level.Ability to identify and implement HR process enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
