Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate trainee education within the Northern Cancer Service and collaborating with relevant universities.
You will also assist and advise on research projects undertaken by students and radiation therapists, facilitate access to resources for research activities, and provide education and training to other departmental staff as required.
* Develop and monitor mentoring programs for Radiation Therapists re-entering the profession.
* Assist and advise on the implementation and modification of new techniques, protocols, and equipment.
