We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, processing client orders, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting with data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing client orders in a CRM system
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records
* Assisting in data entry and generating reports as needed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, or Administration, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
