**Service Team Leader Opportunity**
This is an exciting chance to join a growing automotive dealership in Myaree and lead a brand-new team on a greenfield site. As the Service Manager, you will represent the MG marque with the support of Regent Motors. This dealership is poised for rapid growth and long-term success.
About the Role
The successful applicant will report directly to the dealer principal and be responsible for growing, leading, and developing the service team within a state-of-the-art new workshop. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer bookings and enquiries, ensuring your team follows up on all opportunities
* Ensuring a solid marketing plan is in place
* Maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A qualification as a Mechanic
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry
* Ability to set and obtain service sales objectives
* Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to exceptional guest experience
* Expert knowledge of workshop practices and workshop efficiencies
* Exposure to dealer management systems such as Era, Pentana, and X-Time
