The Moseley Bar & Kitchen is in the heart of Moseley Square in Glenelg. It is an award winning venue with an excellent reputation for premium food and beverage offerings and a loyal customer base.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the culinary team.
This is a diverse role where you will have the chance to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. We offer an a la carte menu, specialised offerings for functions and events as well as regular degustation dinners with beverage partners where you will have the chance to shine.
Qualifications
* Passion for presenting consistently good food
* Excellent teamwork and communication between front and back of house
* Ability to train kitchen team members
* Attention to detail in kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene
* Understanding of supporting a safe workplace and following safe work procedures
* Experience with ordering and stocktaking, to provide back-up for the head chef
* Ability to work across a 7-day roster
