Their products include outdoor furniture, shelters, and modular amenity buildings, with projects delivered for councils, government bodies, education facilities and private organisations. The business has built a strong reputation for quality engineering, reliable delivery and long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on solution selling into project opportunities rather than transactional product sales.
The position is office-based in Canning Vale, Perth, working closely with an experienced internal team that removes much of the administration from your day so you can focus on progressing and closing opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging clients via phone and video to progress project opportunities
* Qualifying and managing opportunities through the pipeline
* Presenting tailored solutions aligned to project requirements
* Building relationships with councils, government and private sector clients
* Maintaining accurate CRM updates and working closely with internal teams

The Candidate
We are open to candidates from a broad range of sales backgrounds, provided they have strong solution-selling capability and a proven track record in B2B environments.
Ideal attributes include:
* Strong B2B phone-based sales experience (highly regarded)
* Stable employment history and demonstrated performance
* Ability to build rapport quickly and manage opportunities through to close
* Experience selling into construction, infrastructure or related sectors (advantageous but not essential)
* Commercially minded with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
* Energetic, motivated and comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
