About us
Bounce Therapy Services is a busy muti-disciplinary practice on the Far south coast of NSW. Bounce provides both paediatric and adult services and is proud to support our community with both private and NDIS services available.
Bounce has a comprehensive team, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy and play therapists as well as qualified and experienced allied health assistants.
We are currently seeking qualified Physiotherapists to join our fast-growing practice in the beautiful Bega Valley.
About the Role
Our ideal team member will have:
· A degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration with the relevant Board of Australia;
·Attributes including determination, proactivity, curiosity, and empathy
· An authentic commitment to embrace and grow from unfamiliar client circumstances
· Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
· Resilience coupled with an authentic desire to be challenged by and learn from complex major medical conditions and the legal environment for our clients
·Strong clinical skills in assessment, report and email writing, goal setting and using evidence to support clinical recommendations
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of current and relevant legislation, regulations and best practices.
· Ability to liaise with many external stakeholders to coordinate medical and allied health recommendations to drive rehabilitation outcomes
· Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
