Key Responsibilities
* Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings
* Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions
* Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
* Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants
* Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
About You
* 2–5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
* Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-managed
* Professional presentation with a client-focused approach
* Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
