Responsibilities
There's real work to be done in:
* Providing general administrative and broking support to the Account Managers and Regional Directors.
* Maintaining client/insurer relationships.
* Managing renewals, new business, and claims settlements.
* Providing broad-based assistance in the development and growth of the business.
Your Experience
* Ideally be Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 highly regarded) or be keen to complete this study.
* Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
* Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue, and client satisfaction.
* Possess well‐developed problem‐solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
* Offer great organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
* Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders.
* Preferably have prior experience in farm insurance or have previously worked within the agriculture industry.
