MAM Aviation is a specialist personnel organisation that has been providing Casual Cabin Crew to Qantas Airways for over 20 years.
We are currently looking for passionate and customer-focussed individuals to join our team as Casual Cabin Crew in Melbourne.
We are seeking customer service professionals to operate on Qantas Airways services within its domestic network and to provide a memorable experience to customers every time they fly.
When working as Cabin Crew no two days are the same.
To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible with a positive can-do attitude and maintain immaculate presentation in representing this iconic brand.

Willingness to be trained on aircraft safety procedures and first aid and to pass all training and assessment requirements

Be adaptable to any situation that may present itself in a sensible, warm and safe way
Essential skills and qualifications:
Customer or hospitality service experience
Minimum 18 years of age
Height between 163cm-186cm (must be able to reach 212cm)
Australian or New Zealand permanent residency with unlimited working rights
Current Senior First Aid Certificate completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain at short notice)
Current CPR accreditation (valid for 12 months; must refresh if expired) (or willing to obtain at short notice)
Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Accredited Provider by end of recruitment (or willing to obtain at short notice)
Excellent level of health and fitness including ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes unassisted
