They are looking for a hospitality professional who can provide exceptional guest experiences and enjoys leading a team.
You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, staff management, and compliance.
About the position
* Manage daily hotel operations across accommodation, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services
* Ensure guest service standards and overall customer satisfaction
* Manage, lead, and train staff
* Oversee operations, including compliance and licensing requirements
* Manage rostering, budgeting, plus reporting
* Maintain compliance and hospitality regulations
* Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently

* Proven experience in hotel management, RSA and relevant hospitality qualifications
* Hands-on leadership style
* Knowledge of hotel management systems
* Excellent service and communication
