As our Strategic Communications Manager - Strategy & Transactions (SaTs) and Consulting, Oceania at EY, you will be responsible for shaping and executing internal and external communication strategies that strengthen our brand, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth within the SaTs and Consulting businesses.
In this dynamic and exciting opportunity, you will orchestrate and contribute to position EY's SaTs and Consulting services as the most respected and preferred SaTs and Consulting firm in the market, instilling a sense of pride in all of our people and respect in the market. You will own the strategy, messaging and service line story, delivering activation campaigns that engage the internal and external audiences whilst supporting the continued growth of our business.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic communications management roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex regulatory messaging to various audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and nurture a high-performing communications team.
- Significant strategic internal and external communications experience with proven track record in supporting executive teams in a high-performing environment.
- Strong influencing skills; gain support and commitment from others; mobilise people to take action; use creative approaches to motivate others to meet practice strategic goals; engage with leaders effectively to gain sponsorship for activities.
- Prior experience in delivering exceptional results in a multinational organisation with complex matrix structures and global reporting relationships.
- Outstanding communication abilities and the ability to build consensus and influence at the most senior levels within an organisation
- Strong industry and media networks, with demonstrated results in developing relationships, running successful media relations campaigns and creating partnerships.
