* Focus on personal and professional growth through on-the-job skill development and regular coaching with your leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience building strong relationships with families and community stakeholders in roles such as family support workers, community engagement workers, social workers or school liaison officers.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Capability to work autonomously, organizing your own day, problem-solving and adapting when things don't go to plan.
* Computer literacy and motivation, completing administrative or data entry tasks and achieving goals.
* A current driver's license.
