About the Role

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals and delivering great service every day? We're looking for a Lending Consultant to join our Suncorp Bank Contact Centre – Lending Team.

As a Lending Consultant, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, supporting customers with Everyday Banking and Lending enquiries, account openings, and maintenance on existing loans - all while balancing customer needs, risk, and performance outcomes.

Role Location: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000

Role Type: Multiple vacancies - permanent, full time roles

Our team operates Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 7PM, giving you the chance to work within a range of hours that supports both structure and flexibility.
