We're seeking a passionate HR Coordinator/Advisor to join a dynamic team in Bayswater. This is a true generalist role, giving you ownership of the full employee lifecycle and the autonomy to shape HR practices while working closely with the HR Manager.

About the Role
* Partner with production, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to deliver people solutions
* Lead all aspects of HR: ER/IR case management, recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters
* Champion learning and development across leadership, management, and OHS capability uplift
* Support engagement initiatives to maintain a strong, connected culture
* Use BambooHR to streamline HR processes
* Build relationships across all levels and ensure HR has a strong, respected voice
About You
You're a proactive self-starter, motivated to make an impact. You may be an experienced HR Coordinator ready to step up, or an HR Advisor seeking more autonomy. You're confident in:
* Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
* Building trusted relationships across stakeholders
* Handling ER/IR matters with fairness and professionalism
* Driving cultural initiatives and continuous improvement
