* Applicants must be qualified in patisserie or bakery, OR
* Currently studying patisserie/bakery with proven hands-on experience
* Applications without relevant pastry or bakery background will not be considered
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and reliable Pastry Production staff to join our afternoon-evening production team. This role is hands-on and production focused, requiring consistency, speed, and attention to detail in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Pastry production following established recipes and specifications
* Mixing, shaping, tray-up, and bake preparation
* Maintaining product consistency and quality standards
* Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements
* Cleaning and maintaining workstations and equipment
* Working efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily targets
About You
* Qualified pastry chef/baker or currently studying patisserie with experience
* Proven experience in a commercial pastry or bakery environment
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of production work
* Able to commit to full-time, long-term employment
