I'm working on a rare, high-impact opportunity for a senior leader to take ownership of customer, distribution and growth strategy within a leading player in the lending ecosystem.
This role requires deep mortgage / lending experience.
This is a true growth mandate - not a BAU leadership position. You'll be responsible for shaping how the business competes, grows, and wins in the broker and lender market, with direct accountability for market share, portfolio performance, and strategic relationships.
Operating at executive level, you'll influence across distribution, product, underwriting and pricing, ensuring the business remains competitive and positioned for growth.

Senior leadership experience within mortgages / lending (essential)
