Creative Blinds Toowoomba is seeking a full time (preferably), experienced Office Manager / Senior Administration Officer within our very busy window furnishings business.
This key role oversees daily office operations, including scheduling installations, handling customer enquiries, (phone, email, serviceM8 and showroom visitors), supporting accounts, and assisting the sales and installation teams.
You'll be sharing the central point of communication, to ensure workflows run smoothly and customers receive outstanding service.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised, confident problem solver, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
* Proficiency in ServiceM8 operational systems is essential.
* Previous substantial (5+ years) trade based office management experience is essential.
* A working knowledge in MYOB accounting software is required for accounts support duties.
