We are seeking a people-oriented Application Support Specialist to join a business that values collaboration, growth, and the delivery of quality support across its digital platforms.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day application support, assisting users in resolving issues, building their confidence in using systems, and maximizing the technology that underpins the business. This position is not just about technical support; it is centered around nurturing relationships, providing guidance, and being a trusted partner to internal teams.

What You Will Be Doing
* Supporting users with core systems (including Yardi), resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying areas for improvement
* Coordinating with IT and Product teams to ensure seamless operations and effective support
* Providing training and creating clear, user-friendly documentation
* Managing help desk inquiries and tracking trends to drive enhancements
* Participating in testing new features and assisting with upgrades and updates
* Contributing to continuous improvements in digital tools and processes
You Will Bring
* Approximately 3+ years of experience in application support, business analysis, or service desk roles
* Strong communication skills; you are empathetic, calm under pressure, and approachable
* An understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
* A proactive attitude; you enjoy making things easier, better, and more efficient for others
* Experience working with financial systems or in a property-related business would be an added advantage
