We're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draftsperson to join our team here in the Caboolture Office and contribute to the design and technical drawing process across a range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare Detailed Submittal Design Drawings for client approval
* Preparing technical drawings for Fabrication
* Prepare layout drawings for Installation
* Prepare dxf drawings for CNC machines
* Maintain documentation and drawings in conjunction with company and industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
throughout.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements when developing
solutions.
* Ability to read and clearly interpret building plans & drawings.
* High attention to detail
Preferred but not required:
* Prior welding or sheet metal experience. This will be very favourably viewed, however is not a minimum requirement.
* Any industry specific drafting experience with accuracy and proficiency in mind.
* Knowledge in CNC machinery, Punching and/ or sheet metal.
* Quality Control experience within a factory/ job site setting.
